The subscription area is where you upgrade, renew, and tailor your plan with add-ons. For a plain-language overview of the tiers, start with Plans & billing.
Upgrading & renewing
- Open the checkout from the subscription area.
- Choose Pro and any add-ons you want, and select your term. Your current items are pre-selected when you renew, so you keep what you already have.
- Complete payment — your plan updates once payment is confirmed.
Add-ons & seats
Add-ons (HR, Finance, Category Bindings) are bought on top of Pro and can be changed at renewal. Your plan includes team seats — assign them to the members who need the paid features (see Invite your team & seats).
If something looks off after paying
Occasionally your session needs a nudge to pick up a just-completed change — use the refresh option on the confirmation screen, or sign out and back in, and your new plan will apply.
